数字式颅内压力计的临床应用

摘    要:目的:颅内压力监测,为颅内压升高病人提供准确的治疗方案。方法:对40例重型颅脑损伤患者进行颅内压(ICP)连续监测,并根据监测结果及时采取相应的治疗护理措施(监护组);与40例未行连续监测,按常规临床观察进行治疗护理的患者(对照组)进行预后比较。结果:监护组并发症比对照组明显减少,致残率及死亡率明显低于对照组。观察ICP结果显示:ICP〈2.00kPa的患者预后良好;ICP〉8.00kPa者预后较差。结论:对重型颅脑损伤患者施行连续ICP监护,有利于了解病情变化,及时采取有效的治疗护理措施,对降低致残率及死亡率具有重要临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To supply precise therapy method for the patient of higher encephalic pressure. Methods: Monitoring in ICP con- tinuously 40 patients with serious skull and brain trauma and adopting effective therapy in time ( monitor group) compare with 40 patients with- out monitoring (comparison group) . Results: S)mdrome of monitor group is obviously less than comparison group, and deformity rate and death rote of monitor group is lower than comparison. ICP results indicate that: prognosis of patients with ICP 〈 2.00 kPa is better; prognosis of patients with ICP〉 8.00 kPa is worse. Conclusion: Monitoring in ICP continuously serious skull and brain trauma is propitious to find the change of illness state and adopt effective therapy in time, which is significant clinical application meaning for reducing deformity rate and death rate.
