中药内服、针灸、按摩联合西医治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机对照观察

目的]观察中药内服、针灸、按摩联合西医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法]将140例患者按随机抽样法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组70例。治疗组采用中药内服、针灸、按摩联合西医治疗,对照组采用传统牵引、推拿疗法。治疗期间患者卧硬板床,两组均连续治疗5周为1疗程,治疗1个疗程判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈率87.10%,总有效率91.90%;对照组治愈率71.40%,总有效率68.30%,总有效率、治愈率治疗组均优于对照组。结论]中药内服、针灸、按摩联合西医治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效高于牵引、推拿疗法。

Randomized Controlled Observation of Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with Traditional Chinese medicine,Acupuncture,Massage plus Western Medicine

Objective]To observe the effect of treating lumbar disc herniation with traditional chinese medicine,acupuncture,massage plus western medicine.Methods]140 patients by random sampling method,divided into treatment group and control group,70 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Chinese Herbs,acupuncture,massage,combined with Western methods,while the control group using traditional traction,massage method.Patients lying on the hard Banchuang,two groups of treated continuously for 5 weeks for 1 courses,1 courses of treatment the curative effect.Results]The cure rate of the treatment group was 87.10%,the total effective rate was 91.90%,the cure rate of the control group was 71.40%,the total effective rate was 63.80%,the treatment group was better in both the total efficiency and cure rate,the effect was statistically.Conclusion]The treatment integrated use of Chinese Herbs,acupuncture,massage,combined with Western methods has a batter effect on the treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc than traditional traction combined with massage method.
