| 摘 要： | 肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)又称离散因子,最初是作为促大鼠肝细胞有丝分裂原而被发现的1].最初分泌的HGF是无活性的,需激活变成它的活化形式才能发挥其生物学作用;尽管肝细胞生长因子激活因子(hepatocyte growth factor activator,HGFA)能够激活前HGF且在血浆中的浓度较高,但其在体内复杂微环境中的作用及其调节机制尚不完全清楚.
