中药复方制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛(热瘀痰阻证)

目的]观察中药复方制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛(热瘀痰阻证)的临床疗效。方法]将90例患者分三组,辛伐他汀组30例,口服辛伐他汀片治疗;复方丹参片组30例,口服复方丹参片治疗;中药复方制剂组30例,口服中药复方制剂治疗,治疗2个疗程观察三组治疗前后全血黏度(高切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞血球压积等指标的变化。结果]中药复方制剂组降全血黏度(高切)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞血球压积的效果明显优于辛伐他汀片组与复方丹参片组。中药复方制剂对患者的呼吸、脉搏、体温、血压以及血、尿、便常规均无明显影响。在治疗期间未发现任何毒副作用和不良反应。结论]中药复方制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛(热瘀痰阻证)疗效满意。

The Clinic Observation of Coronary Arteriosclerosis(Heat Caused Blood and Phlegm Stasis Syndrome) Treatment Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs Mixture

Objective] Observation traditional Chinese medicine herbs mixture treatment of coronary heart disease,angina(hot phlegm obstruction and blood stasis syndrome) clinical curative effect.Method] 90 patients into 3 groups,simvastatin group of 30 cases were treated by simvastatin piece of treatment,30 cases were treated by Compound Tablet of Red Sage Root compound of compound Compound Tablet of Red Sage Root treatment,traditional Chinese medicine herbs mixture30 cases were treated by TCM compound preparation treatment,the treatment of two course observation three groups before and after treatment whole blood viscosity(high cut),plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and blood pressure as indexes in red blood cells of change.Result] Traditional Chinese medicine herbs mixture group drop whole blood viscosity(high cut),plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and blood pressure of red blood cells in effect significantly better than simvastatin piece of group and compound DancanPian group.Traditional Chinese medicine herbs to the patient’s respiratory,pulse,blood pressure and temperature,blood,urine,and conventional were not significantly influenced.During treatment found no side effects and adverse reaction.Conclusion] TCM compound preparation treatment of coronary heart disease,angina(Heat caused blood and phlegm stasis syndrome) the results were satisfactory.
