| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定灵芝北芪片中腺苷的含量，以便更有效的控制其内在质量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法VP—ODS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；磷酸盐缓冲液（PH6．5）-甲醇（17：3），检测波长260nm，流速1．0ml·min-1，柱温为室温。结果：腺苷在3．93—39．28mg·L-1（r=0．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．5％，RSD=0．89％。结论：本法简便，灵敏，重复性好，可用于灵芝北芪片中腺苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for the determination of adenosine in Lingzhi Beiqi Plan .Methods HPLC method was used . The samples were separated by VP-ODS column （150mm×4.6mm, 5μ m） ; The mobile phase was phosphate acid buffer solution （PH6.5） - methanol （17：3）, The detection wavelength was 26Onto , Flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 , The column temperature was Indoor temperature. Results The linear range of adenosine was3.93mg.L-1 39,28mg.L-1 （r=0.9999, n=6） .The average recovery was 99.5%, RSD=0.89%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive , accurate and can be used to determine the contents of adenosine in Lingzhi Beiqi Pian. |
