| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无脊柱滑脱的腰椎峡部裂CT漏诊的原因。方法回顾分析27例CT首诊漏诊的无明显脊柱滑脱的腰椎峡部裂病例,寻找具有提示意义的CT征象。结果27例中有24例在腰椎侧定位片或常规椎间盘扫描图像可发现可疑征象,3例无征象。结论仔细分析和阅片,发现可疑征象后进行椎弓反角度扫描或螺旋CT扫描并结合三维后处理可有效避免漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of missed diagnosis of Lumbar Spondylolsis(LS) without spondylolisthesis.Methods 27 cases with LS but without spondylolisthesis were analyzed.Results 24 cases showed some shadiness signs of LS. 3 cases could't display the signs of LS.Conclusion Careful observation and reasonable scanning were be helpful to avoid the missing of lesions and improve the diagnostic accuracy. |
