肺结核患者社会支持与应对方式的护理干预效应研究

目的 探讨护理干预对肺结核患者社会支持、应对方式及服药依从性的影响.方法 90例肺结核患者随机分成观察组(A组)45例,对照组(B组)45例.观察组在常规护理治疗基础上进行心理社会干预及系统的健康教育,对照组仅做常规治疗护理,同时设90名正常人作为正常组(C组),采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)于护理干预前测评A、B、C组,干预4周后再次测评A、B组,并比较A、B组干预前与干预结束后1个月的服药依从性.结果 干预前A、B组的SSRS各方面评分及积极应对评分均低于C组,A、B组SSRS和SCSQ评分及服药依从性比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预后比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 肺结核患者社会支持与应对方式差,护理干预能提高患者社会支持、应对方式与服药依从性,从而提高临床疗效.

Nursing intervention to improve the social support and coping style in PTB patients

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on social support, coping style, the compliance with regular treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) . Methods Ninty PTBs were randomly divided into group A ( 45 cases) which were received regular nursing plus social support and coping style intervention and system health education, while 45 subjects in group B which were received regular nursing only. The efficacy of intervention was evaluated by social support rating scale (SSRS) and the simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) answered by PTB patients before and four weeks after receiving intervention. 90 healthy donors were included as control group. The compliance with regular treatment of the group A and B was compared and analyzed before and one month after intervention. Results PTB patients had lower scores of SSRS and active coping style compared to the healthy donors before intervention. There were no difference in scores of SSRS and SCSQ and the compliance with regular treatment in both group-A and B ( P ＞ 0. 05 ) ,whereas those after four weeks of intervention indicated statistic significance (P＜0.01 ) . Conclusions PTB patients are inferior in social support and coping style. Complete nursing intervention can elevate the social support, active coping style and the compliance with regular treatment.
