慢性肾衰患者对不同方法测定血清葡萄糖的干扰

目的：探讨葡萄糖氧化酶法（GOD法）在慢性肾衰患者不同阶段血清内源性还原性物质对葡萄糖测定结果的干扰。方法：分别用GOD法和己糖激酶法（HK法）测定不同阶段肾衰患者组葡萄糖。结果：在慢性肾衰中期和终末期患者组中，HK法和GOD法测定血葡萄糖差异有高度显著性，而在慢性肾衰代偿期组、肾衰早期组中HK法和GOD法测定血葡萄糖差异无显著性。在正常对照组两法相关性良好．方程式为YHK=1.0901XCOD-0．01846；r=0．9956．结论：用GOD法测定葡萄糖应注意在肾衰患者不同阶段中，内源性干扰造成血糖测定结果偏低现象。

Interference of chronic renal failure with detecting serum glucose by different methods

Objective：To investigate the interference of endogenous reducing substances with the determination results of serum glucose measured by the glucose oxidase method （GOD） in the patients with different stages of chronic renal failure. Methods： GOD and the hexokinase method （HK） were used to measure serum glucose in the patients with different stages of renal failure. Results：In the patients with mid-term and end-stage of renal failure, serum glucose detection had significant difference between the HK and GOD, while in the patients with compensatory stage and early stage of chronic renal failure, the detection by the two methods had no significant difference.In the normal control group,the good correlation between the two methods existed,the equation was YHK=1.0901XCOD-0.01846, r=0.9956. Conclusion：The determination of serum glucose by GOD should be noted that at different stages of renal failure the endogenous interference would cause the decrease of glucose measurement.
