| 摘 要： | 目的 :考察比较不同生长时期采收的益母草以及同一批新鲜益母草和晒干益母草的缩宫效应。方法 :以大鼠离体子宫为标本 ,以子宫活动力为指标 ,观察样品的缩宫作用。结果 :研究发现 ,1相同剂量下 ,不同生长时期益母草的缩宫作用 :营养期 >花前期 >盛花期。 2相同剂量下 ,鲜益母草榨汁液的缩宫作用明显强于同一批次的干草煎煮液。结论 :新鲜的、叶片较多的营养期益母草的缩宫作用较强 ;传统的将益母草晒干和煎煮入药的方法可能造成其有效成分的损失 ;用新鲜的益母草取代传统的干草入药在药效上具有合理性

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To compare the effect of Yimucao (YMC) of the fresh and the dry on contraction effects of uterus.METHODS:Activity test of rat uterus in vitro was investigated.RESULTS:It was found that effects of contraction uterine from stronger to weaker in proper order, YMC of nutrient period is precedence than that of before flowering , then it is weaker in florescence. The contraction uterine effect of the fresh YMC is stronger than that of the dry YMC.CONCLUSION:The fresh YMC can replace the dry YMC as medicinal material. |
