嗜水气单胞菌:黄鳝出血性败血症的病原

摘    要:本文报告1989年夏季对江苏某特种水产养殖场暴发的黄鳝出血性败血症所进行的病原学研究结果。从濒死黄鳝实质性脏器分离到一种细菌,经腹腔注射和浸泡两种方法人工感染正常无病黄鳝,均出现与自然病例相同的症状并死亡,从死亡黄鳝中亦再次获得同样细菌。该菌为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,以极生单鞭毛运动,细胞色素氧化酶阳性,V-P试验阳性,发酵葡萄糖产酸产气,发酵甘露醇,水杨苷和阿拉伯糖,不发酵肌醇,鸟氨酸脱羧酶阴性,对新生霉素不敏感,与嗜水气单胞菌参考菌株的交叉凝集试验为阳性。经鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hy-drophila)。

Abstract:In 1989,a new kind of epizootic occurred among cultured rice eel(Monopterus albus)in PR China and aetiological investigation was carried out. A bacterium was isolated from liver and kidney of moribund fish with hemorrhage in dermis,gill,vent and internal organs. Infective trials revealed that the bacterium is causative agent of the disease. Morphological, cultural, biochemical and serological tests demonstrated that the microorganism is Aeromonas hydrophila.
