丙泊酚静脉麻醉在脑血管造影检查中的应用

摘    要:目的了解丙泊酚静脉麻醉在脑血管造影中的应用价值及安全性。方法81例造影患者采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉,62例患者采用常规局麻作为对照。术中观察2组患者的心率、血压、氧饱和度及对麻醉的反应情况;术后评估患者的焦虑评分、痛苦指数及复查应允率。结果静脉麻醉组患者在睡眠中接受手术,无不良反应。与局麻组患者手术初期的血压、心率升高不同,静脉麻醉组此阶段的心率、血压、氧饱和度均有所降低,但在麻醉诱导期后5~10min内即可恢复。术后第2日静脉麻醉组患者的焦虑评分、痛苦指数及复查应允率均明显优于局麻组(P<0.01)。结论丙泊酚静脉麻醉应用于脑血管造影安全、有效,可明显减轻造影患者的身心负担,值得推广。

Application of intravenous anesthesia with propofol in cerebral angiography

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value and safety of intravenous anesthesia with propofol in cerebral angiographic procedures. Methods The propofol intravenous administration for anesthesia was applied in 81 patients underwent cerebral angiography and another 62 patients with routine local anesthesia were set as control group. The indexes were observed and recorded,included heart rate, blood pressure, arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) and the pa- tients feeling during procedure. The anxious scoring, pain index and re-visit ratio were evaluated after operation. Resuits The patients with intravenous anesthesia were under sleeping condition during the cerebral angiography and without complication occurred. Unlike the rising of heart rate and blood pressure in local anesthesia group at the beginning of operation, the physical indexes in intravenous anesthesia group decreased slightly. The indexes recovered 5 - 10 min after induction stage. The anxious scoring, pain index and re-visit rate in intravenous anesthesia group were better than that in control group in the following day ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It demonstrated that the propofol in- travenous administration was safe and effective in cerebral angiography procedure.
