云南白药敷脐治疗婴幼儿腹泻及护理

目的　探索治疗婴幼儿腹泻简便易行又安全有效的方法及适当的护理措施。方法　随机将 62例腹泻患儿分为治疗组 32例和对照组 30例 ,治疗组用云南白药敷脐法 ,对照组用常规治疗 (给予补液 ,抗菌治疗等 )。结果　总有效率治疗组为 80 % ,对照组为 4 6.88% ,两组比较差异有显著性 ,χ2 =6.62 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　云南白药敷脐治疗婴幼儿腹泻方法简便 ,疗效确切 ,易被患儿接受

Curing and Nursing of Babies' Diarrhea with Yunnan Baiyao Applied on Navel

Objective To observe the curative effects of Yunnan Baiyao to treat babies' diarrhoea with adopting suitable nursing measures. Methods 62 cases were randomly divided into the therapeutic group with 32 cases and the control group with 30 cases. The therapeutic group was put into practice with Yunnan Baiyao adhered on navel, and the other was adopted with routine way (remedial fluid, antibacterial treatment, etc.). Results The final effective rate of treated group was 80% and that of the control group was 46.89%, the comparative differences were very distinct between two groups, X 2=6.62,P<0.05. Conclusion The method is very simple to cure babies' diarrhea with Yunnnan Baiyao applied on navel, the curative effects are very positive with right nursing and the method is accepted very easily .
