复合骨形成蛋白治疗剂治疗根尖周病的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察复合重组人骨形成蛋白-2 (rhBMP-2)治疗剂治疗狗牙实验性根尖周病的疗效。方法 采用根管内封入内毒素细菌混合液的方法建立根尖周病动物模型,将由rhBMP-2、磷酸三钙、胶原和甲硝唑制成的复合rh-BMP-2治疗剂作为根尖屏障用于狗牙实验性根尖周病的治疗,行X线及组织学观察治疗效果,同时设有载体组(根尖屏障材料不含rhBMP-2)和对照组(根尖屏障材料为氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖)。结果 复合rhBMP-2治疗剂具有X线阻射特性,实验组治疗根尖周病的有效率明显高于载体组和对照组;组织学观察显示,实验组根尖周组织新生活跃,修复质量明显优于载体组和对照组(P<0.05)。而且rhBMP-2治疗剂用量少,可操作性好。结论 复合rh-BMP-2治疗剂治疗根尖周病有较好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of periapical diseases with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein (rhBMP_2) composite in dog models so as to provide basis for its clinical application. Methods The endotoxin_bacteria mixed fluid was injected into each root canal of the experimental teeth of dogs and the animal periapical disease models were built. The rhBMP_2 composite was mixed by rhBMP_2,TCP,collagen and metronidazole and used in the treatment of periapical diseases in dog models as root apex screen. The imageology and pathology research were went on. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was remarkably higher than that of the carrier group and the control group with remarkable statistical difference(P<0.05). The quality of the repair of tissue was obviously better than the two other groups. Conclusion The rhBMP_2 composite is a promising biological root_canal filling material.
