室间隔缺损合并重度肺动脉高压手术前后呼吸道的护理

对８６例室间隔缺损合并重度肺动脉高压的患者，术前应用氧疗及血管扩张药物—前列腺素Ｅ１，术中选择性能优良的微滤器和膜式氧合器，术后合理应用呼吸机，及时加用ＰＥＥＰ，适当延长呼吸机使用时间，有效地清除了呼吸道分泌物，必要时用纤维支气管镜配合吸痰，保持呼吸道通畅，经过采取一系列呼吸道护理的措施，减少了术后肺部并发症，提高了手术疗效

Respiratory tract nursing before and after open heart surgery for patients with ventricular septal defect and severe pulmonary hypertension

A nursing programe was conducted among 86 patients with ventricular septal defect and severe pulmonary hypertension from 1994 to 1998 Oxygen therapy and vasodilator,prostaglandin E 1 were provided for these patients before open heart surgery High quality microfilter and membranous oxygenator were applying during the operation The application of respirator by means of PEEP and proper prolongation of the applying of respirator,the effective clearing of respiratory tract secretion,the sputum aspiration by fibroptic brochoscope when necessary and the maintance of unobstructed respiratory tract were especially emphasized All these measures decreased pulmonary complications after the operation and increased the operation effect
