非手术治疗少儿腰椎间盘突出症6例随访8年报告

目的探讨儿童腰椎间盘突出症临床特征、治疗方法及恢复愈后。方法 6例均经骨盆牵引、手法推拿、活血化瘀类及营养神经类药物应用等正规保守治疗,其中1例采用单肢牵引下腰椎旁局部封闭定点大斜扳方法治疗。结果 6例经保守治疗,疗效优良,并全部经8年随访,1例早期复发,余5例未见复发。结论外伤是儿童腰椎间盘突出症的主要病因;症状与体征不相平行是主要临床特点;正规的保守治疗是有效的治疗方法。

Effect of nonoperative therapy for children with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion
