高住低练对划船运动员血清氧化应激水平的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨高住低练 (运动员睡在相当于海拔 2 5 0 0m的高度 ,在平原训练 )对机体氧化应激水平的影响。方法 :2 0名划船运动员随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组先进行 2周的低住低练 ,再进行 4周的高住低练 ,再进行 2周的低住低练 ;而对照组则进行 8周的低住低练。在 8周的实验期间 ,两组对象的训练内容、方式、运动量及强度均相同。分别于不同时间测定机体血清氧化应激水平。结果 :在整个实验过程中 ,实验组血清MDA浓度和SOD活性无明显变化 ,总抗氧化力第 5周出现明显下降 ,第 9周又出现明显升高。对照组血清MDA浓度第 5周明显下降 ,第 7周和第 9周则明显增加 ,而SOD活性和总抗氧化力的变化与MDA相反。结论 :4周模拟海拔 2 5 0 0m高住低练对机体的氧化应激水平有积极的效应。

Abstract:Objective This study was to investigate the influence of “living high and training low" o n serum lipid peroxidation and antioxidant status.Methods Twenty rowers were divided into two groups: ten subjects spent 8~10h per ni ght in a tabernacle simulated altitude at 2500m in normobaric hypoxia ,while c ontrol subjects slept at near sea level . During the experiment, all athletes followed the same training program in normoxia state. The serum MDA, SOD, T-AOC and SH were measured before, 2 weeks, 4 weeks during and 2 weeks after “living high and training low ”. Results The result showed that baseli ne values for serum MDA,SOD,T-AOC and SH had not difference between two groups (P>0.05). In HiLo group, the levels of MDA and SOD did not changed signific antly(P<0.05) during experiment; values of T-AOC significantly decreased i n 5th week and increased in 9th week. However, in control group, MDA values were lower in 5th week and higher in 7th and 9th week in comparison with those in 3t h week, and the changes of T-AOC and SOD were contrary to the change of MDA . Conclusion These data strongly suggest that “living high and tra ining low”for 4 weeks could markedly promote antioxidant ability.
