| 摘 要： | 目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-2（TIMP-2）在寻常型银屑病发病中的作用和意义.方法：应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测30例寻常型银屑病患者外周血清中MMP-2及TIMP-2的水平.结果：寻常型银屑病患者血清中MMP-2、TIMP-2的水平较正常人对照组显著增高（P〈0.01）.MMP-2、TIMP-2的血清水平与寻常型银屑病的分期有关,其中进行期患者组显著高于静止期患者组（P〈0.05）, MMP-2的血清浓度变化与寻常型银屑病严重程度指数PASI评分有相关性（P〈0.05）,而TIMP-2与PASI评分没有相关性（P〉0.05）.结论：寻常型银屑病患者血清中MMP-2、TIMP-2水平显著升高,并与寻常型银屑病的分期相关, 提示MMP-2、TIMP-2在寻常型银屑病的发病中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the role and clinical significance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Serum levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results：The serum levels of MMP-2, TIMP-2 in study group were significantly higher than that in post-treatment group and in normal controls （P 〈0. 01 ）, and there was significant difference between the active stage and the resting stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum levels of MMP-2 were associated with PASI scores. Conclusion：The MMPs and TIMP-2 may be very important to the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. |
