阿托伐他汀治疗老年人混合型高脂血症的疗效和安全性

目的：评估阿托伐他汀治疗老年人混合型高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法：试验组（阿托伐他汀10mg/d)44例，对照组（辛伐他汀20mg/d）33例，进行随机（4：3）单盲平行对照试验，观察两组降脂疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果：经过8周治疗，阿托伐他汀组TC，LDLC，TG和（TC－HDL－C）／HDL－C分别下降了21％，31％，33％和21％（P＜0．01），HDL－C虽有升高5％，但是无统计学上的差别（P＞0．05）。组间比较，阿托伐他汀降TC、LDL－C和TG作用明显优于辛伐他汀（P＜0．05）。两组不良反应均较轻微和少见。结论：阿托伐他汀10mg/d治疗老年人混合型高脂血症可明显降低C，LDLC，TG和（TC－HDL－C）／HDL－C，且不良反应轻微，耐受性良好。

The Efficacy and Safety of Astorvastatin in Treatment of Combined Dyslipidemia in the Elderly

Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of astorvastafin in treatment of combined dyslipidemia in the elderiy. Methods: 77 elderly cases with combined dyslipidemia were randomized(4 : 3). single - blind, paralleled divided into two groups, of which astorvastalin 10mg/d for 8 weeks in 44 cases and simvastatin 20mg/d for 8 weeks in 33 cases. The efficacy of the treatment and adverse reactions were observed. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, TC, LDL-C, TG and (TC - HDL - C)/HDL- C in astor-vastatin group were reduced 21% , 31% , 33% and 21% respectively, P<0.01. Compared with simvastatin, astorvastatin decreased the level of TC, LDL - C and TG, P < 0.05. The adverse reactions of two groups were mild and rare. Conclusion: Astorvastatin 10mg/d is superior to simvastatin in reduction of TC , LDLC , TG and TC - HDL - C)/HDL - C in treatment of combined dyslipidemia in the elderly. The adverse reactions of astorvastatin were mild and can be tolerable.
