| 摘 要： | 为探讨急性脑血管病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化,采用郭峰法测定红细胞C_3b受体花环率(Rbc—C_3bRR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率(Rbc—ICR)。结果发现急性脑血管病患者红细胞C_3b受体花环率低于正常对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。而红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于正常对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结果显示急性脑血管病患者红细胞免疫粘附能力下降,从而清除循环免疫复合物的能力下降,使免疫复合物沉积于血管内皮,造成损害。这一结果为临床治疗拓宽了思路。

| Abstract: | To study on red- cell immune function in acate cerebrovascular disease. We used the methods of Guofen to measure the rosette rate of red blood cell C3b(RBC - C:)bRR) and the rosette rate of red blood cell immune complex (RBC - ICR). The result suggested that RBC - C3bRR of acute cerebrovascular diseas was lower than that of the controlsC P <0. 01). And RBC -ICR higher than that of the controls( P <0. 01). It indicated that red - cell immune adherence was decreased. Immune complexes fixed to vascular endothelium and injured it, because clearance ability for immune complexes was decreased. It opens up a train of thoughts for clinical trea-menl. |
