| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析不同方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 :股骨粗隆间骨折 2 6 2例 ,其中非手术治疗 12 0例 ,手术治疗 142例。结果 :与非手术组相比 ,手术组后并发症发生率低 ,住院时间短。经长期随访 ,手术组优良率为 90 % ,非手术组优良率为 87% ,两组间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :手术治疗为首选的方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse therapeutic effect of different methods for treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Among 262 case of intertrochanteric fracture,there were 120 cases treated with non-operative methods and 142 cases with operative mehtods.Resluts:post-operative complication and hospitalized mortality of operation group were lower than those of non-operation group.The long-term follow-up surery showed that the excellent good rate of operation group was 90% and that of non-operation group was 87%,without signficant difference between these two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion:operation would be the first choice for treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture. |
