| 摘 要： | 目的通过实验观察溶血标本在酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）一步法和二步法中对乙型肝炎两对半（HBVM）检测结果的影响。方法用80例健康人（HBVM均为阴性）的血液标本，人为造成不同程度溶血，用ELISA一步法和二步法同时检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体（抗-HBs）、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原（HBeAg）、乙型肝炎病毒e抗体（抗-HBe）、乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体（抗-HBe），通过对检测结果的观察来分析溶血对检测结果的干扰程度。结果当溶血程度大于或等于10g／L时，ELISA一步法40％以上的标本0D值均大于临界值，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；ELISA二步法仅为3％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论当溶血程度大于或等于10g／L对ELISA一步法检测HBVM的结果有干扰，可造成临界假阳性；ELISA二步法干扰不明显，无统计学意义。
