RP-HPLC法同时测定羚羊感冒胶囊中5种成分的含量

目的:建立同时测定羚羊感冒胶囊中绿原酸、牡荆苷、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷和牛蒡苷含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters Atlantis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果:绿原酸、牡荆苷、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷和牛蒡苷的进样量分别在0.008 2⁰.164 0μg(r=0.999 9)、0.052 80.164 0μg(r=0.999 9)、0.052 8¹.056 0μg(r=0.999 8)、0.022 71.056 0μg(r=0.999 8)、0.022 7⁰.454 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.021 40.454 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.021 4⁰.427 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.020 60.427 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.020 6⁰.412 0μg(r=0.999 5)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2.00%;平均加样回收率分别为100.81%、99.22%、102.03%、98.55%、99.14%(n均为6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于羚羊感冒胶囊的质量控制。

Simultaneous Determination of 5 Components in Lingyang Ganmao Capsules by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, vitexin, forsythoside A, forsyth and arctinin in Lingyang ganmao capsules. METHODS：RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Waters Atlantis C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS： The linear range were 0.008 2-0.1640 μg for chlorogenic acid（r=0.999 9）, 0.052 8-1.056 0 μg for vitexin（r=0.999 8）, 0.022 7-0.454 0 pg for forsythoside A （r=0.999 6）, 0.021 4-0.427 0μg for forsyth （r=0.999 6） and 0.020 6-0.412 0 μg for arctinin （r=0.999 5）, re- spectively. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0% ; average recoveries were 100.81%, 99.22%, 102.03%, 98.55% and 99.14% （n=6）, respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Lingyang ganmao capsules.
