桂枝茯苓胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择148例慢性盆腔炎患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者用抗菌药物等进行常规治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次,并外用康妇消炎栓进行肛塞,每晚1次,每次1粒。两组患者均10 d为1个疗程,每月1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组、复发率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在抗菌药物等常规治疗的基础上联用桂枝茯苓胶囊和康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,且安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Guizhi Fuling Capsule and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi fuling capsule and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. METHODS：148 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given routine treatment as antibacterials;observation group was additionally given Guizhi fuling capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times a day and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository for anal use,once each night,one suppository each time,on the basis of control group. A treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 10 d,one course each month,for 3 courses. Clinical efficacy,recurernce rate and ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS：Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,while recurernce rate was significantly lower than control group;there was statistical significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Routine treatment combined with Guizhi fuling capsule and Kangfu xiaoyan suppository is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
