| 摘 要： | 目的:为建立体现中医药特色的中药饮片监管体制提供参考。方法:从监管依据、监管能力和监管方式三方面分析中药饮片监管存在的问题。结果:监管依据不完善、监管能力不足、监管方式滞后是中药饮片监管存在的主要问题。结论:相关部门应当完善与中药饮片相关的法律法规,提升监管能力和改革监管方式,以保障中药饮片的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the establishment of drug supervision system with TCM characteristics. METHODS： The problems of TCM decoction pieces supervision were analyzed in respect of supervision evidence, supervision abil- ity and supervision method. RESULTS： The problems of TCM decoction pieces supervision mainly were incomplete supervision evi- dence, insufficient supervision capacity and lagging supervision method. CONCLUSIONS： It is necessary to perfect laws and regu- lations related to TCM decoction pieces, promote supervision capacity and reform supervision method in order to ensure the quality of TCM decoction pieces. |
