| Abstract: | Investigation on the plant origin and Pharmacognosy of Aiye grown in Gansu revealed that 12 species of the Arte misia genus were used either as or adultered with Aiye, instead of the genuine drcge Morphological and histological indentifications were presented to distinguish the
