小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的影像学表现

目的探讨小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的CT、超声表现特征。方法搜集29例经手术病理证实的颈部淋巴管瘤，均行超声检查，其中CT检查11例，回顾性分析其影像学特点。结果颈部淋巴管瘤主要影像学特征为从颈部至颌下和（或）纵隔间蔓延的单囊或多囊性肿块，沿周围疏松组织间隙呈浸润性生长，有占位效应。本组29例，肿块仅限于颈部23例，累及颌下间隙和（或）纵隔6例；单侧发病25例，双侧4例。结论超声及CT检查可清晰显示淋巴管瘤的大小、形态和延伸范围，多数能定性诊断，为临床治疗提供指导。

The imaging manifestation of cervical lymphangioma in children

Objective To investigate the CT and ultrasonographic manifestations of cervical lymphangioma in children.Methods The CI and ultrasonographic findings of 29 cases with cervical lymphangiomas pathologically proved were retrospectively analyzed. CT cans were performed in 11 cases, ultrasonography in all cases.Results On imaging,most lesions showed a pure eyst or multi-sptations within the cyst, and infiltrated the adjacent loose organization.Of 29 cases, the lesions were located at the meck unilaterally in 25 cases, bilaterally in 4 cases; the lesions only involved neck in 23 cases and involved jaw or mediastinum in 6 cases. Conclusion CT and ultrasonography can display the size, shaper and extent of cervical lymphangiomas clearly,which are helpful for their clinical treatment.
