中国的公立医院,牌子是公立医院,资产属于国家,而经营行为,明显地走上了营利性道路.造成公立医院性质畸变的原因很多,医院为了生存发展追求赢利,政府投入不到位,主管部门监控乏力,是重要原因.为了构建和谐社会,为了人民的利益,必须再造中国的公立医院,中国的公立医院正处于大变革的前夜.

In China,we still have many so-called public hospital,they are nominal public hospital,their assets are belongs to the government,but their operation behavior,by its nature is belong to the for-the profit hospitals.There are many reasons leads to the current distortion of public hospital's nature:hospital's seeking for profit out of their own goal of survival and development,the insufficient input of government,the inadequate regulation from the government authority are main causes.In order to establish a more harmonious society,for the benefit of Chinese people,we must rebuild public hospitals in China;the current public hospitals of China are in the eve of major reform.
