干部人群血尿酸水平与脑血管病的关系

目的探讨干部人群高尿酸血症的患病情况及其与脑血管病的关系。方法对健康体检的1116名机关干部的血尿酸及脑血管病的患病情况进行分析。结果高尿酸血症的总检出率为30．2％，男性35．6％，女性7．1％，高发于50～80岁；高尿酸血症组脑血管病的发病率明显增高。结论高尿酸血症存在性别年龄差异，干部人群血尿酸水平与脑血管病有密切有关，应当引起人们高度重视。

The relationship between serum uric acid level and cerebrovascular disease

Objective To survey the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its relations with cerebrovascular disease in the officials in Zhongshan City. Methods Uric acid level in serum and physical examination results of 1 116 cadres were performed. Results The rate of hyperuricemia in the officials were 30.2 %. There was a significant difference in female and male groups. Positive correlation was noticed between the incidence of hyperuricemia and age. The incidence of cerebrovascular disease in patients with hyper- urieemia was higher than those without. Conclusion The incidence of hyperurlcemia accompanied by eerebrovaseular diseases in the officials is higher than those without, thus attention be paid to the health of official staff.
