急性脑梗死患者血清cTnT、hs-CRP与T_3水平变化的意义

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)的水平及临床价值。方法选取经颅脑CT/MRI确诊的急性脑梗死患者120例,并选60例健康体检者作为对照组。观察记录对照组及患者组入院时、入院后第3 d和第7 d,血清cTnT、hs-CRP和T3水平。结果与对照组比较,入院时急性脑梗死患者cTnT、hs-CRP显著上升,T3水平显著降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。但随着病情缓解cTnT、hs-CRP与T3均有所变化。结论急性脑梗死患者存在血cTnT、hs-CRP及T3异常,并与急性脑梗死病情严重程度有关,检测cTnT、hs-CRP及T3对临床辅助判断急性脑梗死病情和预后,具有重要指导意义。

Clinical Value of Serum cTnT, hs - CRP and T3 Levels in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum troponin T （ cTnT）, high - sensitivity C - reacnve protein （ hs - CRP） and total triiodothyronine （T3 ） levels in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 120 patients with traumatic brain CT/MRI - confirmed acute cerebral infarction patients. 60 healthy cases were selected as a control group. The serum cTnT and hs - CRP and T3 levels on admission, 3 d and 7 d after admission were Recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the cTnT, hs - CRP levels increased significantly and the T3 levels were lower in the patients with acute cerebral infarction admission. The difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. However, following with remission, the cTnT, hs- CRP and T3 levels have also changed. Conclusion Blood cTnT, hs -CRP and T3 levels are abnormal in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and those associated with the severity of the disease. It might important guiding significance to detect cTnT, hs - CRP and T3 for clini- cal assistant judge of acute cerebral infarction condition and prognosis.
