鞍区肿瘤MRI诊断

目的探讨鞍区肿瘤的MRI影像特征,评价MRI对鞍区肿瘤的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的鞍区肿瘤20例,其中:垂体瘤12例,颅咽管瘤5例,Rathke囊肿2例,脑膜瘤1例。所有病例均行MRI平扫加增强检查。结果鞍区肿瘤有其不同的临床症状、好发部位以及好发年龄,MRI图像也有其特征及信号特点。结论 MRI的多方位(横断位、矢状位、冠状位)、多参数成像,能显示鞍区肿瘤的影像学特点,对鞍区肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要诊断价值。

MRI Diagnosis of Tumors in Sellar Region

Objective To study the MRI features of sellar region tumor, evaluate the diagnostic value for tumor in sellar region. Methods 20 cases of sellar region tumor which confirmed by operation and pathology, including 12 cases of pituitary tumor, 5 cases of craniopharyngioma, Rathke cyst in 2 cases, 1 case of meningioma. All cases underwent MRI scanning examination. Results Sellar area tumor has its distinct clinical symptoms, predilection site and good hair age. MRI image has its characteristics and signal characteristics. Conclusion MRI has much azimuth （ transverse, sagittal, coronal） , multi - parameter imaging display of sella regional tumors characteristics, MRI has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of sellar region tumor.
