| 摘 要： | 目的观察斯奇康注射液辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法给予支气管哮喘病人常规吸入治疗的同时加用斯奇康注射液,以隔日肌肉注射(共18次)与单纯应用哮喘吸入治疗进行比较。结果加用斯奇康注射液治疗支气管哮喘患儿病程及愈后复发,较单纯应用吸入阶梯治疗支气管哮喘患儿病程明显缩短,复发率降低。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论斯奇康注射液佐治支气管哮喘疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Siqikang injection in adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchial asthma. Methods The patients with bronchial asthma were treated with conventional inhalation treatment plus Siqikang injection, intramuscular injection every other day total 18 times. The result were compared with simple application of inhalation treatment group. Results Compared with simple application of inhaled step course treatment, combined with Siqikang injection in the treatment of child bronchial asthma could obviously shortened disease course, decrease relapse rate. There was significant difference between two groups, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Siqikang injection has evident effect in the treatment of bronchial asthma. |
