蜂皇浆抗辐射损伤的效应研究

摘    要:目的探讨研究蜂皇浆抗辐射损伤的营养效应。方法将成年大鼠55只,平均分成3组,2个试验组分别饲以蜂皇浆、蜂皇浆-抗辐射粉喂养;对照组应用蔗糖水饲养,其它饲料3组相同。预饲13 d后,全身照射200 rad。结果表明蜂皇浆有促进白细胞恢复、增加体重、促进大鼠生长、降低照射后大鼠死亡的作用。结论蜂皇浆具有抗辐射损伤的营养效应,有延长寿命、延缓衰退老的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the nutritional effect of royal jelly on radiation injury. Methods 55 adult rats were divided into 3 groups. 2 experimental groups were fed with royal jelly or royal jelly - anti radiation powder, and control group with cane sugar, other feed the same. Pre feeding after 13 d of 200 tad total body irradiation. Results The royal jelly might have the functions of promote white blood cell recovery, increase body weight, promote the growth and reduce the death after irradiation in rats. Conclusion Royal jelly has nutritional effects of the anti -radiation damage, prolonging life, delaying old role recession.
