| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同慢性应激方式对生理状态大鼠血清HSP70水平的影响。方法：采用连续4周的适宜游泳、慢性束缚以及二者复合的3种应激方式后，应用ELISA试剂盒定量测定大鼠血清HSP70水平，分析不同慢性应激方式对大鼠血清HSP70的影响。结果：游泳组、束缚组、复合组大鼠血清HSP70与对照组比较均升高且有统计学意义，复合组升高介于游泳组与束缚组之间，游泳与束缚两个实验条件有交互。结论：适宜游泳作为保护性因素可以减轻慢性束缚损伤性因素对于机体造成的不利影响。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effects of different chronic stress on serum HSP70 content in rats. Methods： Male Wistar rats were fed respectively and accept various stimulation which is fitting swimming, chronic stress, and both of them daily during 4 weeks. Then the serum HSP70 content of the rats in four groups was measured by ELISA, and the effects of different stress style were analyzed in rats. Results： Compared to the control group, the serum HSP70 content in rats of the other three groups increased （P〈0.05）. The serum HSP70 in compound group was higher than that in fitting swimming group, and lower than that in chronic restricted group. Conclusion： Fitting swimming as a protective effect on body lessens adverse effect which is caused by chronic restriction. |
