| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病早期,胰岛β细胞功能损害是部分可逆的,胰岛素是作用最强的降糖药物,可使任何程度的高血糖得到有效控制,最大程度地解除糖毒性的影响。国内外部分临床研究显示,2型糖尿病早期胰岛素治疗可以使胰岛β细胞恢复部分功能,但也存在争议,认为目前尚缺乏胰岛素强化治疗获得短期良好血糖控制对健康长期影响的报道。
