电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床观察

目的 观察电针治疗偏瘫的临床疗效.方法 将50例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例.治疗组采用针刺结合电针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,分别对两组治疗前后进行日常生活活动能力ADL评定并统计疗效.结果 治疗组治疗2个疗程后,Barthel指数评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.治疗组总有效率为100.0％,对照组为92.0％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 电针治疗是一种治疗脑卒中弛缓性瘫痪的有效方法.

Clinical Observation on Caring the Stroke-induced Hemiplegia Using the Electric Acupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electric acupuncture treament of hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 50 hemiplegic patients after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group and the control group （n = 25）. Routine acupuncture was given to both groups with same points, once a day. While electric acupuncture was added to the treatment group. Pre-treatment and post - treatment activities of daily living （ADL） and the clinical therapeutic effects were assessed in the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the Barthel Index score between the treatment and control groups after two courses of treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total efficacy rate was 100% in the treatment group and 92.0% in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Electric acupuncture at points is an effective way to treat poststroke flaccid paralysis.
