7例汶川地震挤压综合征患儿用药分析

目的调查四川大学华西第二医院收治的7例地震所致的挤压综合征患儿治疗期间的用药情况，为今后应对重大突发事件所致疾病的合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院临床确诊的7例挤压综合征患儿治疗期间的病历及用药记录，采用Excel软件分析用药种类、数量、频次及费用。结果7例挤压综合征患儿共计应用19类113种药物，应用例次数最高和总天数最多的均为维生素类和抗微生物类药物。费用最高的药物是人血丙种球蛋白注射液。结论挤压综合征治疗用药的合理性评价尚缺少国际公认的指标，需要进行基础数据研究。

Medication Usage Analysis of the 7 Children with Crush Syndrome in Wenchuan Earthquake

Objective To study the medication usage in children with crush syndrome in Wenchuan Earthquake. Methods The information of the medications of 7 children with crush syndrome in West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University was collected by medical history. The cases and times of medication, the total number of drugs, the drug cost per capita and the drug cost per day were calculated by Excel. Results A total of 113 drugs in 19 categories were applied to 7 children with crush syndrome. Most children used Vitamins and antibacterial agents. The cost of gamma globulin injection was the highest. Conclusions The rationality valuation for children medication lacks international vulgate index and needs more basic research.
