医院门诊应急系统建设方案

目的：为保障医院信息系统发生故障停机时,门诊挂号收费系统能维持原来的工作任务,设计了一套挂号收费应急方案。方法：设置一套独立的应急线路和应急数据库服务器,对必要的基础数据在应急数据库中进行保存。通过应急控制台程序,进行定时的数据下载,且在应急结束后将数据回传到主服务器。结果：工作站可以快速地切换到应急状态,进行正常的挂号收费操作。结论：该方案满足了医院门诊信息系统不可停顿性和数据完整性的要求,完善了医院的信息化建设。

Outpatient Emergency Response System

Objective To design an emergency response charging system for normal running of the hospital outpatient registering and charging information system when a serious failure occurs in hospital information system （HIS）. Methods An independent emergency response llne and an emergency response database server were set, modifying the original system to a new one with auto-reminding of switching function, and creating an interface to the emergency response system to save the basic data into the emergency response database. Through the emergency response controlling program, data were downloaded in time, and the increased operation data were sent to the main server after the problem was solved. Results The workstations could be rapidly switched to emergency state to keep normal outpatient registering and charging operation. Conclusion The method can fulfill the requirements of a hospital with a continuous outpatient registering and charging system and a complete database. It makes the information system of our hospital more efficient and credible.
