| 摘 要： | 目的 研究MRI在评价法洛四联症肺动脉发育不良及评估法洛四联症根治术疗效中的应用价值.资料与方法 应用MRI测量30例法洛四联症患者的McGoon比和肺动脉指数(PAI),对其肺动脉血流动力学指标包括平均流速(Vm)、峰值流速(Vp)、流量(FV)等手术前后的改变进行分析,并与正常对照组进行比较.结果 TOF组的McGoon比和PAI均小于正常对照组(P＜0.05).TOF组的Vmmpa、FVmpa低于正常对照组(P＜0.05),而Vmlpa、Vp/Vm高于正常对照组(P＜0.05).术后Vpmpa、Vp/Vm较术前降低(P＜0.05),FVmpa增加(P＜0.05).结论 MRI测量的McGoon比、PAI、Vpmpa、Vp/Vm和FVmpa可作为评估肺动脉发育和手术疗效的可靠参考指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of MRI in asseessing pulmonary development of Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF) before and after operation. Materials and Methods McGoon ratio and PAI were measured in 30 patients with Tetralogy of Fallot using MRI,the velocity and flow volumn of pulmonary arteries were measured with phase contrast MRI before and after operation.The results were compared with that of 30 heathy volunteers.
