脑出血超早期微创颅内血肿清除术疗效分析

摘    要:目的 探讨微创手术治疗超早期脑出血的治疗效果及注意事项。方法 运用微创血肿穿刺引流术,对55例脑出血患者进行颅内血肿穿刺抽吸引流,并把手术病例分为两组,6h以内组和6h以后组,比较两组疗效和病死率的临床指标。结果 微创穿刺血肿抽吸治疗脑出血危险性小,术后神经功能恢复良好,并发症少。其中6h以内手术组疗效优于6h以后手术组,6h以内手术组病死率高于6h以后手术组。结论 脑出血超早期进行微创血肿引流手术是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To explore therapeutic efficacy and announcements of evacuation of intracranial hematoma of intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive aspiration in the ultra-early stage.Methods Fifty-five cases of intracerebral hemorrhage were surgery with minimally invasive aspiration,the cases were divided into two groups in terms of the operation time window: ultra-early stage group(within 6 hours) and later stage group(after 6 hours),fatality rate and therapeutic efficacy were comparison between the two groups.Results There were little ris and fewer complication with minimally invasive aspiration.The excellent therapeutic efficacy under ultra-early stage group compare with later stage group,but the higher fatality rate compared with later stage group.The difference in the two groups was significant. Conclusion The evacuation of intracranial hematoma of intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive aspiration in the ultra-early stage is considerable.
