| 摘 要： | 医用塑料对某些药物具有吸附作用,从而造成药物浓度不稳定,导致药效学异常,影响临床疗效。文章从医用塑料对药物吸附作用的机制、药物被吸附的影响因素以及药物被吸附的情况进行综述,并对临床规范、安全、合理应用医用塑料及有效地使用某些药物,提高临床治疗效果等予以有现实意义的指导。

| Abstract: | The medical plastics have absorptive effect on some drugs,which will result in unstable drug concentration,and then abnormal pharmacodynamics,and affect the clinical efficacy at last.This article not only reviews medical plastics about the mechanism of drug absorption,influencing factors and condition of absorpted drugs,but also have significant instruction for many aspects,including applying medical plastics in clinic with standard,safety and reasonable,using some drugs effectively,and improving the therap... |
