摘    要:目的 探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在胃癌的表达及与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法对正常胃粘膜(n=5),各组胃粘膜异型增生(轻度n=9,中度n=6,重度n=5),早期胃癌(n=10),进展期胃癌(n=40),癌旁组织(n=27)进行研究。结果 EGF及EGFR在正常胃粘膜中均为阴性,在异型增生病变中随异型增生程度的增加,阳性率逐渐升高。EGF在轻、中、重

Abstract:Objectire To study the expression and significance of EGF and EGFR in the Process of gastric carcinogenisis. Methods: S- P im- munohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of EGF and EGFR in 75cases (5 normal gastric mucosas, 20 gastric mucosas, 50 gastric carcinomas and 27 paracarcinomas tissues). Results:Normal gastric mucosa was negative for EGF and EGFR. Increased expression of EGF and EGFR was found in slight,moderate and severe dysplasia. EGF expreession was 22.2%,50% and 80%, EGFR expression was 33.3%, 66. 7% and 60%. The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in early gastric carcinomas were both 20%. The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in advanced gastric carcinomas were 62. 5% and 60% respectivly. The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in advanced gastric carcinomas were significantly high- er than those in early gastric carcinomas (P < 0. 05). The positive rates of EGF and EGFR in paracarcinomas abnomal tissues were significantly higher than those in paracarcinomas nomal tissues (77. 8% vs 22.2%, P <0.05. 83.3% vs 44.4%, P <0.05). Conclusion:EGF and EGFR positive expression might play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa and might serve as an important molecular marker of gastric premalignant lesions.
