摘    要:心房颤动(简称房颤)是一种临床上最常见的心律失常之一.HATCH评分系统包括高血压(H)、年龄(A)、脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作(T)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(C)和心力衰竭(H)五项因素.研究发现,高龄、高血压、心衰和卒中等心血管合并症在房颤病程进展中的重要作用,明确了HATCH评分在评估房颤及转律治疗后的进展中的重要地位.然而由于忽略了患者特征、心房心肌病危险因素,HATCH评分敏感性较低,未来需要将HATCH评分与心房基质相关指标相结合评估房颤病程的进展.

Abstract:Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias clinically. HATCH score is evaluated by five factors including hypertension (H), age (A), stroke or transient ischemic attack(T), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (C) and heart failure (H). Some studies found the important role of older age, hypertension, heart failure and stroke in the progression of atrial fibrillation, and clarified the important role of HATCH score in evaluating the progression of atrial fibrillation and cardioversion therapy. However, due to the ignorance of patient characteristics and risk factors of atrial myopathy, HATCH score has shown a low sensitivity. In the future, HATCH score and indicators associated with atrial substrate should be combined to evaluate the progression of atrial fibrillation.
