江苏省785名中医院护士中医护理培训需求的调查分析

目的：了解江苏省中医院护士中医护理培训现状及培训需求，为开展中医护理培训，打造中医护理专业人才提供依据。方法采用分层配额便利抽样方法，运用自制《中医院护士中医护理培训需求调查问卷》，调查江苏省14家中医院（其中，苏南9家、苏北5家，三级医院10家、二级医院4家）785名护士的中医护理培训现状及需求。结果被调查护理人员第一学历专业是中医护理仅为8.5%；中医院护士对中医护理培训现状的满意度偏低（54.1%），认为目前参加的中医护理培训对其帮助有限，但对中医护理培训的需求较高（96.5%），对中医护理培训形式69.2%选择全脱产培训方式，70.5%选择由经验丰富的临床中医护理人员作为培训教师，75.4%选择操作演练作为教学方法，77.4%选择医院病区为实践场所。结论建立规范的培训体系，以优秀的专业师资、多形式的培训途径、良好的培训方式，加强中医护理人员知识技能培训，有利于提升中医院护士的中医护理水平，打造中医护理专业队伍。

Training Needs of Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Nurses in TCM Hospital

Objective To understand the status of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine （NTCM） and to provide reference for NTCM training and TCM talents training. Methods With convenient stratified quota sampling, a self-designed questionnaire was applied among 785 nurses for their needs of NTCM. Results Of the total, the nurses with NTCM as the first degree accounted for 8.5%and 54.1%of them were not satisfied with the NTCM training at present. Among them, 96.5%of the nurses need NTCM training and nurses presented various views on the training mode, instructor of the training, teaching methods and practice site. Conclusion A standard training system with excellence instructors, various kinds of training methods will contribute to improving the quality of NTCM and building up qualified TCM nurses.
