剖宫产术前预防性应用抗生素疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察剖宫产手术抗生素预防性用药的效果及探讨抗生素的使用方法。方法将在我院同期分娩的300例剖宫产病例随机分为2组。观察组:采用围手术期抗生素预防性用药,共162例;对照组:于术后应用抗生素,共138例。对2组病例进行疗效观察。结果观察组发生术后病率,子宫内膜炎明显低于对照组,有统计学差异;发生腹壁切口感染,2组无统计学差异,但对照组与观察组比较有增高趋势。观察组抗生素用量明显低于对照组。结论术前预防应用抗生素,疗程短,效果好,可以降低费用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of application of antibiotics contingency in uterine-incision delivery operation and investigate the method of application of antibiotics.Mechods 300 patients of uterine-incision delivery were divided into 2 groups in random.A is control group,a total of 162 patients,who received antibiotics prophylactic medication;B is treatment group,a total of 138 patients,who received antibiotics postoperatively.Their effects of treatment were compared.Results The incidence of endometritis of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Between group A and group B there was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal wall infection of incision wound,while there was gradual hoist trend in group A compared with group B.The dosage of antibiotics group in A was lower than that of group B remarkably.Conclusion The course of treatment by prophylactically using antibiotics in preoperation is short,the effect is remarkable,and it can help to ruduce the expense of treatment.
