酒精所致精神障碍42例临床分析

1992～1995年四年间收治酒精所致精神障碍42例，住院比逐年升高；均为男性．低文化者66．7％，有遗传倾向者54．8％，有戒断症状者38．1％，全部病例均有精神病理性症状，半数患者有神经系统的损害和躯体合并症，42．8％的患者表现人格衰退，社会功能受损，近1／4的患者有自杀行为．

Clinical Analysis of 42 Cases of Mental Disorder Caused by Alcohol

It analysed 42 cases of mental disorder caused by alcohol and found the rate of hospitalization increased year by year, all the patients were male;66. 7% of them were low - educated ; 54. 8% had tendency of heredity; 38. 1% had abstinence symptoms; all the cases had psychopathologic symptoms, half had demages of nerve system and physical complications; 42. 8% expressed regressive personality and demaged social function; and near 1/4 of the cases had suicidal behavior.
