抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体检测与甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体关系研究

目的了解初诊甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)检出与甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOA)关系.方法对我院2005年6月-2005年12月60例初诊未治疗Graves病甲状腺功能亢进症患者进行研究,并与40例健康个体对照.用间接免疫荧光法(ⅡF)检测研究及对照对象血清ANCA,RIA检测TPOA及TGA.结果甲亢患者TPOA与TGA阳性率均为56.7%.2例初诊未治疗患者ANCA-ⅡF(c-ANCA)阳性,TPOA阳性与阴性患者ANCA检出无差别(5.2%vs0.0%,x=1.27,P=0.2085).结论ANCA检测与TPOA无关,与甲状腺疾病本身可能无关.

ANCA antibodies in Graves' disease

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between ANCA and TPO. Methods Patients with untreated Graves' disease-induced hyperthyroidism were requested to participate in the study. All were recruited at the outpatient Endocrinology Clinic between January and December 2005.60 patients with Graves' disease as study group and 40 health subjects with euthyroid as control group were studied. Serum ANCA were determined by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF). Serum TPOA and TGA were detected by RIA. Results TPOA and TGA were detected 34 of 60 (56.7%) patients with GD ANCA-IIF (c-ANCA) was only detected in 2 of 60 serum samples of study subjects. There was no deference of ANCA positivity between TPOA positive group and negative group. Conclusions There was absence of cross-reactivity ANCA to myeloperoxidase of anti-thyroid microsomal antibodies in patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases.
