佛山市城市青少年健康危险行为研究(三)——电子游戏网络成瘾和赌博等成瘾性行为

摘    要:目的了解佛山市城市青少年电子游戏、网络成瘾和赌博等成瘾性行为现状,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法对佛山市中心城区12所全日制学校(含初高中、职业技术学校和大学)3844名在校学生,采用中国青少年健康相关行为问卷调查表进行调查。结果佛山市城市青少年长时间玩电子游戏、上网和赌博等成瘾性行为的发生率较高,随着年级的提升呈上升趋势。11.4%的学生每天玩电子游戏≥4h,11.5%的学生每天呆在网络上≥4h,4.3%的学生网络成瘾,21.0%的学生参加过类似赌博的娱乐性活动。不同学校类型学生各类精神成瘾行为发生率有差异,重点中学学生电子游戏成瘾性行为发生率低于其他中学,长时间玩电子游戏及呆在网络上以职业中学学生发生率最高。自感学习成绩较差的学生成瘾性行为发生率明显高于自感学习成绩好的学生。结论城市青少年中电子游戏、网络成瘾和赌博等成瘾性行为有年龄、性别和学校类型差异,应加强学校-家庭-社会三联屏障,针对性地进行干预。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current status of addiction behavior such as video or computer games, internet addiction, gambling among urban adolescents in Foshan City, in order to provide the reference for making the intervention. Methods A questionnire investigation on adolescent health related behavior was performed among 3 844 students selected from 12 schools (including middle schods, vocational middle schools and universities) in Foshan urban area. Results Among the urban adolescents, the inddences of addictive behavior were relatively high and increased with the grade, and 11.4 % of students played video or computer games for more than 4 hours everyday, 11.5 % indulged in the intemet for more than 4 hours everyday, 4.27 % were addicted to the intemet, and 21.0 % have ever gambled. On the inddences of psychological dependence, there were differences among different types of schools. The lowest inddence of video or computer games addiction existed in the key middle schools, and the highest one occurred in the vocational middle schools. Among the students who got poor learning achievement, the incidence of addictive behavior was relatively high. Conclusions It is necessary to ally the three sections such as school, family and community to reduce or prevent the addictive behavior, and the intervention should be drawn up in accordance with the different ages, genders and types of schools.
