大连市社区卫生服务现状研究

社区卫生服务是城市卫生工作改革的一项重大举措。大连市社区卫生服务试点工作于１９９７年９月正式启动，５个试点区共覆盖１１个街道，２４５２１３个居民。其基本模式是采用一体式和分体式两种组织形式，主要开展老年人“四病”及常见病、多发病的诊治等工作，取得了良好的社会效益。同时仍存在一些问题制约着社区卫生服务的发展。作者认为关键是要强化政府职能，动员全民参与，才能保证社区卫生工作持续、稳定、健康地发展。

Current Conditions of Health Service at Community in Dalian

: Establishment of health service program at community is one of major part ofthe reformation on city health service. Residential test on this program was initiated onSeptember of 1997. The five testing areas cover eleven residential units in population of245213. The basic pattern includes unified and separated organization. The actual work emphasizes diagnosis and clinics on four pupular diseases and other common and high-rated diseases among aging resident. This program was supported by city government as well as civilians resulting great positive impact on society although some problems have been found during expansion of this program. The author suggest that the combination of government leadership and civilians involvement will lead a steady and long-term development towards a highefficient health service program.KeyWords: community; health service
