摘    要:用Nafion膜玻碳电极阳极溶出伏安法测定盐酸异丙嗪。在4.0×10-8~5.0×10-5mol/L和8×10-5~1×10-3mol/L范围内,盐酸异丙嗪的浓度与氧化电流的峰高呈良好的线性关系。对原料试样和片剂进行了测定,均获得满意结果。

Abstract:This paper reports the determination of promethazine hydrochloride with Nafion coated glassy carbon electrode by anodic stripping voltammetry. There is a linear relationship between the concentration and peak height in the range of 4 x 10(-8)-5 x 10(-5) mol/L and 8 x 10(-5)-1 x 10(-3) mol/L for promethazine hydrochloride. The raw material and tablets of promethazine hydrochloride have been analysed and good results were obtained.
