冠心病心绞痛辨证施治若干问题探讨

本文对近十年来中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的文献资料 513篇进行了分析,认为该病的病因病机为本虚标实、虚实错杂,其本虚以气虚为主,标实重在血瘀、痰浊、气滞;辨证分型以气虚血瘀、气阴两虚、痰浊、痰瘀互结、气滞血瘀、心血瘀阻等为主.用药以补益药、活血祛瘀药、理气药、化痰药等为主.本文对该病的辨证施治的若干问题作了某些研究和探讨.

The Discussion on the Application of Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentitation to Angina of Patients with CHD

To study the treatment of TCM for angina pectoris of CHD,513 articles in recent 10 years are tetrieved and anstysed.It shows that the pathogenic mechanism of TCM of CHD is Asthenia in the Root and Sthenia in the Breach, or mixture of Asthenia and Sthenia.However, Asthenia of Qi is the main reason,Sthenia in the Branch is mainly Blood Stasis Turbid phlegm and Stagnation of Qi.Syndrome differentiation is mainly made up of Asthenia of Qi and Blood Stasis,Asthenia of both Qi and Yin,Turbid phlegm Accumulating with Stagnation,Qi Stagnation and Blood stasis,and Stagnation of cardiac Blood,etc.Using Chinese herbs are to restore human body,Activeate Blood to Eliminate Stagnation,Regulate Qi and Resolve Phlegm.
